THE PROGRAMME

Tools for culture.
Tools for change.

Our programme equips your people with the skills and behaviours to collaborate, adapt and deliver.

Let's start with the good news...

Unlike personality, or emotional intelligence, cultural intelligence is a skill that can be developed through experience and learning.

and the bad news is...

80% of corporate L&D fails to create meaningful on-the-job change.

Harvard Business Review estimates that $350 billion is spent annually on training worldwide, yet most of it fails to deliver lasting results.

We get it.

Gaining new knowledge doesn't mean your learners will act differently afterwards.

So that's why we combine...

A blend of learning and coaching to embed organisation-wide change.

High industry relevance

Every module features real built environment industry case studies and guest speakers..

Self-paced learning journeys

Our digital bite-sized modules empowers your staff to learn when it works for them.

Personalisation at scale

Our AI-enabled follow-up coaching journey adapts to each learner. We understand that supporting behaviour change is not one-size-fits-all.

We design for learning transfer to boost your training ROI

We all know that change happens over a period of time - but how can we achieve it?

Research in the Journal of Applied Psychology highlights that learning transfer drops sharply when coaching, feedback, and reinforcement are missing.
Coach M uses an enhanced coaching methodology known as Turning Learning into Action™ (TLA), developed by Lever Transfer of Learning.

TLA has achieved up to 344% ROI with 1:1 coaching clients.

TLA is a proprietary award-winning coaching methodology used by a variety of industries worldwide. It specifically focuses on the individual learner's accountability for real-world application.
The first two weeks (and subsequent two to three months) after training is vital, if learners are going to use what they learn.

So that's why, to ensure application of learning sustained behaviour change we have a whole application of learning phase as part of the journey.

That's why we then support your learners with Coach M to help them implement their learning, using the individual action plan they have devised.
Using a blend of AI and behaviour science, Coach M provides a cost-effective personalised coaching experience at scale.

Each learner (on our "All Staff" and "Manager" learning journeys) receive three 30-minute instant messaging SMS chats with Coach M over a 12-week period. We call these "learning breaks."

Learning breaks help your learners reflect on their specific goals and planned actions which they have developed as a result of the programme's learning phase. These sessions are vital in helping participants stay accountable and apply their learning to their day-to-day work.

HIGHER LEARNING RETENTION
